It seems if we have a partial refund via credit memo in Magento, this does not sync or reflect on TD. This happens when we have a backorder items that can’t fulfill due to out of stock and customers would like to refund back these items instead of waiting for it. So these items are not yet ship and have been refunded. In this case, the partial shipment did not sync from Magento to TD, as well as the partial refund did not also sync to TD.
How do we handle this case in TD? Anyone has the same issue like this?
