It is not possible to arrange how the items in the Sales Order are listed. At present, it seems to be based on which item was added to the order first (even for B2B platform orders). This often results in mistakes and a messy presentation.
Suggestion: automatically rearrange the line items alphabetically or by the SKU assigned to the item. It will be even better if we have the option to specify the order of how items should be listed.
