CSV Product Upload

Hi,

Can someone from TG please help me with the new product import? I have to import hundreds of products and this new CSV file is impossible to work with. It takes ages to be uploaded, then checked, then error file generated and etc…

Please stop trying to improve TG, because you are making it worse!!!

We are serously considering to cancel our subscription. As you can see we have been paying monthly for 2 years now and TG team hasn’t managed to win us as a secure customer with annual plan yet. it will never happen unless TG team starts to respond to the feature requests and make the software more user friendly (the original reason we subscribed to it) instead of making it an overkill…
